Job description
Key focus of job:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support the rollout of telecommunication infrastructure on client properties through effective site management and project coordination.
The successful candidate will assist the Directors in the end-to-end delivery of projects across our national corporate & public sector client portfolio, ensuring timelines and financial targets are met, and supporting Divisional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing site acquisition and lease advisory activities for Landlords for telecom towers, rooftop, and small cell deployments on client owned property.
Coordinate with operators, landlords, legal teams, surveyors and utilities providers to ensure timely completion of lease terms and site management
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to align project timelines and deliverables.
Support client reporting and updates, preparing status reports and participating in project meetings
Project Responsibilities
Assisting Directors with lease advisory support, access management, drafting of survey agreements, consents & rent review documentation
Updating project portfolio information on client and internal spreadsheets.
Requesting and monitoring Purchase Order cover for all activities
Monitoring & reporting on delivery timescales of external and internal contractors.
Any other duties that LSH and the Head of Division may reasonably determine from time to time
Essential Skills & Experience:
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor’s degree or above, or equivalent experience
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
UK Driving Licence
Desirable Skills & Experience:
Understanding of telecommunications networks, including mobile and fixed-line infrastructure.
Professional experience in telecoms, real estate, or infrastructure project coordination (site acquisition or management experience is a plus)
Familiarity with commercial property, landlord negotiations, and lease documentation.
