Location: Office based, BT1 6DH
Hybrid (4 office days 1 at home)
Job Overview
- Due to expansion we are seeking an Credit Controller to join our Treasury team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing debts and ensuring timely payments from tenants.
- This role will offer the possibility of hybrid working after successful completion of probation.

Key Responsibilities
- Chasing outstanding debts
- Liaising with surveyors and negotiating with debtors
- Resolving discrepancies
- Updating financial records
- Client reporting
Key Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong credit control skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to analyse financial information
- Familiarity with accounting software
- Experience in accounts payable is advantageous
- Credit Control: 1 year (essential)
