Sales and Operations Assistant

3 Mills Studios is one of London’s largest and most historic TV & film studio complexes — a 10‑acre creative campus set on its own island in East London. Owned by the London Legacy Development Corporation and managed by Lambert Smith Hampton, our on‑site team is committed to delivering an exceptional experience for every production that walks through our doors.

We’re now looking for a Sales & Operations Assistant to help keep our studio running smoothly and to be a warm, reliable, and proactive point of contact for productions, tenants, and contractors. Key Responsibilities

 

Client Experience & Studio Support

  • Welcome clients, productions, and visitors with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Assist the sales team manage client enquiries and requests.
  • Stay informed about active projects to offer proactive support to internal teams and external clients.

Operational Coordination

  • Support daily building operations including maintenance, cleaning, security, and general services.
  • Arrange inspections and planned preventive maintenance with internal teams and external contractors.
  • Provide first‑line cover during staff absences, ensuring continuity of service.
  • Support the team during busy periods with flexible working hours (typically 09:30–17:30).

Meetings, Documents & Presentation

  • Organise internal meetings and produce clear, polished minutes when needed.
  • Create high‑quality documents — pitches, purchase orders, contract drafts, invoices — using approved templates and branding.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail and uphold the professional image of 3 Mills Studios.

 

Administration & Data Management

  • Assist the Sales and Operations teams general tasks ensuring accurate, complete information is recorded.
  • Support the Facilities Manager in maintaining Vantify, including task scheduling and document uploads.
  • Help onboard new contractors and manage incoming supplier enquiries.
  • Assist with budgeting, cost control, and invoice processing across Operations and Sales.
  • Contribute to sustainability initiatives and energy‑efficiency projects on site.

 

What You’ll Bring

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and CAFM software experience.
  • Solid understanding of health & safety legislation (IOSH Managing Safely preferred, or willingness to obtain).
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skills.
  • A sharp eye for detail and the ability to work confidently to tight deadlines.

Experience

  • Experience in operations, facilities management, or a managing agent environment is beneficial although full training will be provided.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, and general office administration is highly desirable.
