Job description

About the Role: 

  • To drive the growth and development of LSH Residential Limited’s property portfolios and pipeline across the network of offices
  • To develop mutually beneficial relationships across with wider LSH and Connells Group in order to maximise cross-selling opportunities
  • To manage the performance and development of the New Business Team across the UK

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • To create, identify and pursue advantageous business opportunities throughout the UK
  • To build and maintain key client and stakeholder relationships
  • To provide innovative and creative solutions to enable profitable and sustainable growth
  • To develop and manage the New Business strategy to provide a pipeline of high quality, legislatively compliant and financially stable properties
  • To provide the LSH Residential senior management team with regular reports and analysis
  • To engage with the senior team for review and continuous improvement of New Business processes and procedures
  • To ensure that legislative and regulatory and best practice requirements are always met and to drive and maintain compliance standards in line with current legislation and best practice
  • To attend senior management days as required
  • To set New Business team targets and provide appropriate performance management

Requirements 

  • Undertake all duties in accordance with agreed company procedures, the management agreements, current legislation, TPI and ARLA guidelines and RICS code of practice.
  • Endeavour to ensure that FCA regulation guidelines are adhered to in all working practices.
  • Work to ensure that all personal data is managed in compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018) and the associated General Data Protection Regulation
  • Complete all mandatory online training courses themselves in a timely manner and encourage and support all staff within their team to do the same.
  • Endeavour to remain informed of new relevant legislation and best practice guidelines
